Jensen Ackles must be the most objectified man on my dash.
While I deeply enjoy and encourage this, I sometimes imagine him cowering in a corner sobbing grossly and thinking loudly ‘I’m not just a pretty face, I’m not’.
And I love this fandom ever more because all of us know he is not, in fact, just a pretty face with a pretty body and a pretty everything, and we praise him so much for his acting skills and his seeming to be a real nice human being that the objectfying doesn’t feel disrespectful to me as it might seem for somebody who’s only ever been noticed for his exterior appearance.
I love you fandom for being so objective and putting equal focus on both sides of mr ackles, because it makes it so much better to reblog his perfect face over and over again.
